PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU PENGEMBANGAN KARYAWAN DAN KOMITMEN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SARAYA ANUGRAH SIDOARJO

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of Individual Characteristics, Employee Development, and Employee Commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance that can be used as a reference for the management of good and appropriate work so that it can benefit the company as a whole. The population in this study used all employees in PT Saraya with a sample of 98 employees. In this study the sampling technique used was saturated samples. The variables used in this study are Individual Characteristics, Employee Development, Employee Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Performance. This study uses a Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool to determine the effect of these variables. The results of this study indicate that Individual Characteristics variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Development has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Individual Characteristics have a significant effect on Performance, Employee Development has a significant effect on Performance, Employee Commitment has a significant effect on Performance, and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Performance.
